Terms of service for MBClicksy photo booth services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MBClicksy's photo booth services, visiting our website, or engaging with our business, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MBClicksy, located at 504 Flat, 5th Floor, KS Heights Apartment, SS Homes Street, Ameenpur, 502032, Telangana, India.
2. Description of Services
MBClicksy provides automated photo booth services including:
- Individual automated photo sessions
- Group photo sessions (up to 6 people)
- Couple photo sessions
- Celebration-themed photo sessions
- QR code digital photo access
- Automated filters and photo effects
- Instant photo printing services
3. Service Usage and Booking
Service Access
- No bookings required - pay-per-use automated service
- Available on walk-in basis during operating hours
- Payment made directly at the booth before service
- No advance payments or deposits required
Service Hours
- We operate daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Last session bookings are accepted 30 minutes before closing
- Holiday hours may vary and will be communicated in advance
Session Duration
- Individual sessions: 5-10 minutes (automated)
- Group sessions: 10-15 minutes (up to 6 people)
- Couples sessions: 5-10 minutes (automated)
- No time extensions available - fixed automated cycle
4. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash payments at our location
- Credit and debit cards
- UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
- Net banking
- Digital wallets
Payment Policy
- Payment required before service at the automated booth
- No advance bookings or deposits accepted
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Service activates only after successful payment
Digital Transactions
- Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- Transaction fees, if any, are borne by the customer
- Payment confirmation receipts will be provided
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Use the automated booth responsibly and follow on-screen instructions
- Respect the equipment and booth facilities
- Maintain appropriate behavior and dress code
- Supervise children and minors during automated sessions
- Report any technical issues or equipment problems immediately
- Allow others to use the booth after your session is complete
- Comply with mall rules and regulations
- Keep QR codes safe for digital copy access
6. Photo Rights and Usage
Customer Rights
- You own the rights to photos taken during your session
- You may use photos for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may share photos on social media and with friends/family
- Commercial use requires prior written permission
MBClicksy Rights
- We may use photos for marketing and promotional purposes
- We will obtain your consent before using identifiable photos
- We may display sample photos in our gallery and marketing materials
- We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content
Photo Storage and Digital Access
- Digital copies are provided exclusively via QR code
- QR codes remain active for 90 days after photo session
- No email delivery or custom storage services available
- We are not responsible for lost QR codes or photos accessed after expiry
7. Service Availability
Operating Model
- No bookings or cancellations - immediate service only
- Pay-per-use automated system available during operating hours
- Service unavailable during maintenance or technical issues
- First-come, first-served basis during peak times
Technical Maintenance
- Regular maintenance scheduled during off-peak hours
- Temporary service interruptions may occur
- Refunds provided if payment processed during outage
- Service status updates posted at booth location
Capacity Management
- Booth accommodates maximum 6 people per session
- Queue system during busy periods
- Service may be temporarily restricted during mall events
- Operating hours may vary during holidays
8. Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
- MBClicksy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Equipment malfunction or technical issues may occur; alternative solutions will be provided
- We maintain insurance coverage for our operations
Customer Liability
- Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment or property
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged for damaged items
- Customers must report accidents or injuries immediately
Force Majeure
MBClicksy is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet connectivity issues, or government regulations.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy
- We implement security measures to protect customer data
- Photos and personal information are not shared with third parties without consent
- Customers may request deletion of their data subject to legal requirements
- CCTV monitoring is in place for security purposes
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Inappropriate or offensive behavior
- Damage to equipment, props, or property
- Unauthorized commercial photography
- Harassment of staff or other customers
- Bringing outside food, drinks, or prohibited items
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use
- Photography of other customers without consent
- Violation of intellectual property rights
11. Quality Assurance
- We strive to provide high-quality photos and services
- Technical issues will be resolved promptly or alternative solutions provided
- Customer feedback is welcome and will be addressed appropriately
- Service quality standards are maintained through regular equipment checks
- Staff training ensures consistent service delivery
12. Modifications to Terms
MBClicksy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be:
- Posted on our website with the updated date
- Communicated to customers via email when significant
- Effective immediately upon posting
- Applicable to all future transactions
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
- We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues
- Complaints should be reported within 48 hours of service
- Formal disputes will be handled through mediation when possible
- Legal disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction
- Indian laws govern these terms and conditions

15. Severability

By using MBClicksy's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
